Pastor & Women Leaders Conference

We are conducting short term training programs for the pastors who are already in ministry and to those that have a calling for ministry. We are conducting pastor's conferences for 3 to 4 days and also special teaching sessions for equipping them in ministry. Pastors are taught on topics that edify them. They get filled with power and passion to serve him.
Women are not encouraged to take up leadership responsibilities and ministers in India. Light of Hope has raised women leaders in churches and also cell leaders who minister to women in churches and also to the cell groups. Its easy to reach women by another woman in India due to cultural barriers. We are raising women leaders, Bible women and pastors. By conducting Women's conferences frequently we are able to train them to ignite a passion for Christ and empower them for ministry. Women ministry is a powerful growing ministry. Velma has been anointed to lead the women.
